returns, exchanges & refunds.
at stormyy, each piece is handled with care & many of our garments are handmade in bali by local families. because of this, we kindly ask all customers to read product descriptions, sizing information, & model references carefully before placing an order. if you need help before purchasing, feel free to contact us via instagram or email at info@stormyy.co.
refunds
in-store purchases
all in-store purchases are final & cannot be returned or refunded.
online orders
for online orders, returns are only accepted for eu/eea & uk orders within 14 days of delivery.
for all other regions, returns are not possible.
sale items & discounted items are not refundable & cannot be exchanged. this does not apply to our 10% first order discount.
to be eligible for an approved return, the item must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- with the original price tag attached
- in perfect condition
- free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage
once the returned item has been received & approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
exchanges
in-store purchases
size exchanges may be possible within 3 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn, with the tag attached, & in perfect condition.
online orders
for online orders, size exchanges may be possible if the item is unworn, with the tag attached, & in perfect condition.
shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer.
before ordering, please read the product description & model size reference carefully. if you are unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out to us before purchase.
faulty or incorrect items
if you receive a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us right away via instagram or email at info@stormyy.co.
once approved, we will replace the item. if the same item is no longer available, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
handmade pieces
all stormyy pieces are handmade in bali by local families. because of this, slight variations in stitching, embroidery, lace placement, or finishing may occur. these small differences are part of the handmade nature of the piece & are not considered faults.
return shipping
customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong item.
