Returns & Exchanges

  • in-store purchases are final and cannot be returned.

    for online orders, returns are only accepted for eu/eea & uk orders within 14 days of delivery.

    for all other regions, returns are not possible.

    discounted or sale items are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. this does not apply to our 10% first order discount.

  • for in-store purchases, size exchanges may be possible within 3 days of purchase if the item is unworn, with the tag attached, and in perfect condition.

    shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer.

  • all stormyy pieces are handmade in bali by local families. because of this, slight variations in stitching, embroidery, or finishing may occur.

    these small differences are part of the handmade nature of the piece and are not considered faults.
