Returns & Exchanges

in-store purchases are final and cannot be returned.
for online orders, returns are only accepted for eu/eea & uk orders within 14 days of delivery.
for all other regions, returns are not possible.
discounted or sale items are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. this does not apply to our 10% first order discount.

for in-store purchases, size exchanges may be possible within 3 days of purchase if the item is unworn, with the tag attached, and in perfect condition.
